Director of Product Design

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design, Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

Define and scale the RCM design organization, including structure and quality standards

Guide senior cross-functional peers through high-stakes tradeoffs and ensure timely execution

Drive high-quality design across billing, claims, payments, and eligibility flows

Required Qualifications

10+ years in product design, with 5+ years at a director or senior director level

Demonstrated success leading design for finance or regulated SaaS platforms

Deep expertise in organizational design and team development

Strong executive presence and experience presenting to VP+ audiences

Proven success in scaling design systems and governance models
