Entry Level Fabricator

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for Entry-Level Fabricator roles in Forest Grove, OR. · Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and production of components using basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
· Operate, monitor, and maintain fabrication equipment to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
· Read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions to complete assigned tasks.
· Perform quality checks on materials and finished parts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and structural integrity.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols and shop procedures.
· Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and accurate inventory tracking.
· Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and support continuous improvement efforts.
· Accurately document work performed, materials used, and production data as required.
· Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, material issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.

· High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in manufacturing or fabrication is preferred but not required.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and techniques.
· Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
· Strong teamwork and communication skills.
· Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
· Basic knowledge of shop safety practices is a plus; training will be provided.

· Competitive hourly wage. $18-$20 DOE.
