The Opportunity With Emerald Initiative
We are adding a Senior Facility Manager to our growing Emerald Initiative division in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will deliver facility management services supporting employees and tenants, as well as corporate portfolio comprised of 15+ sites across multiple states, supervise the corporate facilities and workspace solutions team to ensure McKinstry corporate facilities are operated effectively, efficiently, and reliably within targeted budgets, operating plans, and service level agreements. What You Need To Succeed At McKinstry
Experience with the responsibilities listed above. Proven facility management competencies, including ability to problem solve, drive issues and situations to closure required. Familiarity with various building systems. Resourceful self-starter. Willingness to diagnose and solve problems. Positive and proactive communication. Effective communication with a range of audiences. Intellectually curious and desire to learn / teach. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Experience with people moves, inclusive of space planning, furniture procurement, workspace set-up and reconfigurations, preferred. Project management experience required. Knowledge of building systems and ability to manage personnel responsible for operation required. Minimum of ten years' experience in multi-site corporate facility management in a supervisory role required. Experience managing subtenants a plus. Ability to travel 0% - 20%.

The pay range for this position is $89,010 - $151,300 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
