We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time General Manager based in our store located at (5961 I-55, Jackson, MS 39213) . As a General Manager you'll be the face of the store and the engine behind the store's success. You'll lead daily operations, drive sales growth, create amazing customer experience and mentor your team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, energized by sales, enthusiastic about leadership, and eager to keep learning. At Devon Self Storage, you will :

Lead The Business

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing and securing the facility.
• Drive sales performance through rentals, protection plans, and other merchandise!
• Maintain compliance, safety standards and operational excellence.
• Resolve customer escalations in a professional, efficiently and in a timely manner.

Hourly Pay Range : $16.41 - $20.10 hourly (Eligibility to participate in the company incentive bonus program).
