Manage pre-construction real estate activities supporting macro new build and modification programs across the Great Plains (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND).
Oversee site acquisition and A&E vendors through due diligence, lease negotiations, permitting, and approvals to deliver a "Real Estate Complete" work product.
Responsibilities include vendor management, forecasting, PO management, database tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. Must be a self-starter able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.

Required Skills:
Telecom/wireless pre-construction or network real estate project management experience
Experience managing site acquisition agents and vendors
Familiarity with the Upper Midwest region
Strong forecasting, database tracking, and milestone management skills
Ability to meet aggressive timelines
Experience with tracking tools; FUZE experience preferred
