Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of Customer Onboarding Specialists, focusing on skills development and performance management
Own and develop training content and certification programs for customer-facing technical enablement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training curriculum and support the overarching enablement strategy
Required Qualifications
3+ years of people management experience with a focus on coaching and team success
Proven ability to deliver technical training and manage teams of trainers
Experience in building and structuring technical training curriculum
Strong experience operating within a matrixed organizational structure
Experience with CMS providers' training models is highly valued
