[job_card.job_description]Performs medical assessments of Center patients Establishes and monitors a medically appropriate level of care for Center patients Maintain clinical core competency Work with Chief Medical Officer and Regional Medical Directors to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards. Collaboration with center leadership team to positively impact quality of care, client and patient satisfaction and center performance Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Current state licensure Current DEA licensure. State Controlled Substance Licensure, if required by State Law Experienced in UC, ER, FP, ER, IM. Ortho experience preferred Experience / ability to suture Experience / ability to read x-rays and ability to diagnose Ortho related injuries Authorized to work in the USA Group Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short- Term & Long-term Disability Insurance Company Sponsored Life Insurance 401K Matching w / Immediate Vesting Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and CME Time Off Life Lock & Legal Shield Hospital Indemnity Plan & Critical Illness Plan Continuing Education Reimbursement We will also take care of the costs associated with the DOT Certification
