We are Growing!! The Project Coordinator Position is OPEN & We are willing to TRAIN!
We are currently seeking a new Project Coordinators to join our team! You will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching technicians to meet the demands and needs of our clients daily.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule techs
- Recruit new techs
- Work with clients to ensure timeliness and deadlines are met
- Ensure deadline and budget targets are met for our company
- Review completed jobs to ensure required notes and pictures are complete
- Route phone calls from techs as they come into other coordinators or to support
- Serve as a liaison between techs and our clients
- Communicate in a team environment
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in an office
- Typing skills are a must
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Ability to problem-solve quickly
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to handle stress well

Our innovative mobile SSN App lets our clients enjoy timely and accurate field-level data collection tailored to their various needs. With our cloud-based portal, the power of real-time updates to work orders with pictures, drawings, measurements, geolocation, time stamps, and other requested data is now accessible from anywhere. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with each client we have the honor of serving.
