Overview
We’re looking for a Conceptual Art Director to join us in our continued mission to build a best-in-class global creative studio for VISA and the clients we serve. The ideal candidate will have an art background as well as a strategic mindset with a proven track record of working on advertising campaigns, either within advertising agencies or at brand-side internal creative studios. This person should have experience coming up with ideas (award-winning is a big plus) for advertising campaigns with a deep understanding of creative that works throughout the funnel. They must have a passion and a portfolio to prove how their creative has been used to influence culture and be a part of cultural conversation. Fresh, unique thinking is a must. Craft and Art are crucial. They must be strategic in their thinking and able to articulate and execute strategy through the creative output, staying ahead of trends to ensure brands are current, innovative and forward-looking. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable pitching big ideas, crafting social campaigns, producing TVCs and considering brand actions and experiences. The work is varied and exciting.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 98,700 to 170,200 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
