divh2Learning Development Leader / h2pGeorgia Pacifics Corrugated business in Modesto, CA is looking for a site-based Learning Development (LD) Leader to lead the implementation and management of hourly training initiatives. The LD Leader is responsible for oversight of the implementation and distribution of synergized operating learning and development systems throughout our facilities. The LD Leader will also collaborate with capabilities across the division and the global learning and development team to ensure continuity in the established learning and development programs for learners. / ppThis position will be on-site supporting the Corrugated facility located in Modesto, CA. / ppFor this role, we anticipate paying an annual base salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year based on level of experience.
