Park Gardens, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team! Our facility is located in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, across the street from Woodland Baptist Church on Skogmo Blvd. We offer a combination of Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care apartments. Shifts Available :

• Full Time / Part Time AM- (7a-3p)
• Full Time / Part Time PM-(3p-11p)
• Full Time / Part Time NOC- (11p-7a) every other weekend included

HHA Wage : $17-$22 per hour

CNA Wage : $19-$24 per hour

Shift Differential : $1.00 PM's, $2.00 for NOC's
