Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Des Plaines, IL is seeking two full-time social workers to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position will be effective ASAP through June 12, 2026. The role involves providing social-emotional support to students, working collaboratively with families, staff, and munity resources to help ensure student well-being and academic success.

Key responsibilities include :

• Conducting assessments and interventions to address students social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Developing and implementing individualized support plans
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive environments
• Connecting families with munity resources and services
• Maintaining accurate documentation and case records
• Participating in team meetings and professional development activities
