[job_card.job_description]Manage invoices, process payments, and track accounts receivable and payable. Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and payments. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other financial statements with records in Xero and QuickBooks. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances. Generate financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Provide customized reports as requested by management or stakeholders. Prepare and organize financial data for tax filings. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Manage data imports, exports, and integrations between Xero, QuickBooks, and other financial tools. Keep software up-to-date and troubleshoot any issues. Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasts based on historical data and current trends. Provide insights into cost-saving opportunities and financial improvements.

Proficiency in both Xero and QuickBooks is essential to efficiently handle financial operations across different platforms.
