Paint Technician

Position Overview:

As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Car Crafters Collision we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. Were currently seeking a motivated detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Paint Technician.

Position Duties:

• Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair and status
• Performs quality refinishing while keeping on-time status in mind
• Performing work as outlined on repair orders
• Operating all equipment in the paint department in a safe and productive manner
• Following Safety Standards for the use of personal protective equipment (e.g. safety glasses gloves respirator) while working in the paint department
• Inspecting all work performed as a Quality Control (QC) measure as soon as jobs are completed
• Mixing all chemicals according to manufacturer directions/specifications

• I-CAR Certification preferred (will help obtain if you do not)
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer (OEM Certified Preferred)
• Must be able to operate a vehicle legally
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
• Friendliness enthusiasm reliability with a positive team-player attitude
• Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
