About the Role :

Responsibilities :

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician availability to optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
  • Assist in follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction post-service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with grace.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
