Registered Nurse (RN) | Med / Surg / Telemetry Location : Madison, WI Agency : Lancesoft Inc Pay : $2,648 per week Shift Information : Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Start Date : ASAP About the Position The Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS / Tele RN) provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients who require continuous cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical interventions. The RN assesses patient conditions, monitors vital signs and telemetry rhythms, administers medications, collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. Requirements Experience : Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg / Telemetry RN experience in an acute care setting (hospital).
