Senior Instructional Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development of training materials and modules for the Veteran Services Quality Support

Deliver virtual training to practitioners within the VBA provider network

Evaluate training tools and methods for effectiveness and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience in instructional design and developing online learning content

2+ years of experience leading classroom or workshop-style training

Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, InDesign, SnagIt, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office

Understanding of training theory, adult learning principles, and educational methodology
