[job_card.job_description]5+ years in QA, data validation, or related technical roles Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and test automation frameworks (PyTest, WebdriverIO, Mocha) Experience testing data pipelines, APIs, and analytics workflows Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence peers Familiarity with client's proprietary tools (Photon, Quantum, Sequence) Experience with connected device testing (TVSDK platforms) Exposure to AI / ML-based validation tools Interest in developing leadership and mentoring capabilities
Overview : Our client is hiring a Lead Data Validation Tester to drive data integrity across their video product ecosystem. This senior individual contributor role is ideal for someone with strong technical leadership and a proactive mindset, with potential to grow into a formal management role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead validation efforts across multiple platforms and data pipelines
- Design and execute robust manual and automated test strategies
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to testing workflows
- Collaborate with offshore teams and cross-functional partners
- Translate technical findings into business impact insights
- Build and maintain automated validation suites and dashboards
- Mentor junior testers and influence testing best practices
