Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee customer onboarding and deployment of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers and ensure timely onboarding

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences and drive improvements in implementation timelines

Establish customer expectations and manage relationships to support long-term success

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, training, or customer success roles

Proven track record of successful software implementations or SaaS onboarding

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously

Experience with CRM systems and project management tools

Solid knowledge of ABA or a related field is preferred but not required
