We're hiring an Accounting Associate to support payroll and accounts payable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone detail-driven who enjoys resolving discrepancies, supporting employees and vendors, and keeping payroll and AP processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and maintain payroll, time, and leave records

• Handle payroll adjustments, garnishments, and related documentation

• Match, code, and process vendor invoices and payments

• Respond to employee and vendor inquiries; resolve discrepancies

• Review payroll reports and audit trails for accuracy

• Prepare, print, and distribute payroll and AP checks

• Maintain documentation and ensure policy compliance

• Support AR and other accounting tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (1+ year in payroll)

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Experience with union payroll is a plus
