About the Role

We're hiring a Technical Recruiter who will own the full hiring lifecycle for engineering positions at Ascend. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, execute data-driven top-of-funnel strategy, refine our process, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and loves building repeatable, data-driven recruiting systems.

What You'll Do

First 30 Days - Learn, Calibrate, Build Foundation

60 Days - Own Pipelines + Improve Process

90 Days - Operate Independently + Optimize & Scale
