Electric Sign Wiring Assembler

National Sign & Marketing Corporation is an industry leading electrical signage manufacturer / contractor.  Looking for individuals to fill various positions within our company.

Sign Wiring Assembler :

Will work with low voltage electricity in the assembly of commercial signs. This position will work in conjunction with the production team.

Wire & Assembler Job Responsibilities :

• Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
• Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Soldering, led assembly wiring, and packaging.
• Positions or aligns components and parts, either manually or with a hoists.
• Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
• Understand and comply with UL rules pertaining to the job being worked on.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Minimum Qualifications) :

Starting at 6 months experience working in a manufacturing environment desired, but not necessary.

Ability to use basic power and hand tools and general shop equipment

Be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Be able to meet production demands.

Be able to work independently.

Be dependable, report to work on time, willing to work overtime when required.

Be able to read and understand Shop Travelers and follow verbal instructions.

Experience :

Relevant : 6 months (preferred).

Additional Notes :

Must be able to work in the United States.

The pay scale for this position depends on qualifications :

Commensurate with experience.
