We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee our service department and ensure excellent customer service. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing a team of service technicians, scheduling maintenance and repair work, and ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldProven experience in a service management roleStrong leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of automotive or equipment service industry preferredExcellent customer service skillsResponsibilities :Manage, mentor, and lead a team of service techniciansSchedule and prioritize service and maintenance tasksEnsure all service requests are handled in a timely and efficient mannerDevelop and implement service policies and proceduresMonitor service quality and customer satisfactionHandle escalated customer inquiries and issuesCollaborate with other department managers to improve overall service operationsMaintain accurate service records and reportsAdditional Requirements :Certification in service management a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skillsKnowledge of safety regulations and practices
