Advanced Excel skills with strong ability in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis for pricing and margin calculations. Experience in pricing file management, scheduling pricing changes, and maintaining accurate gross margins. Ability to perform margin analysis and forecasting by analyzing inventory and pricing data. Coordination of inventory and procurement, including handling purchase orders, vendor communication, and freight cost reporting. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business. 3-5 years of experience in Pricing or Risk Management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively articulate insights and recommend actions. Experience in developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels. Familiarity with food manufacturing or CPG environments, including commodity pricing and product assortment. Financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning and analysis skills. Strong project management skills.
Senior Pricing Analyst
The Senior Pricing Analyst designs and implements pricing strategies to stabilize margins, manage risk, and maintain market competitiveness. This role ensures accurate price positioning and contract / quotation alignment through collaboration with relevant departments. It balances sales commitments with ingredient coverage, applies best-in-class pricing protocols, optimizes system use, and enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of pricing methodologies.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement pricing strategies to stabilize margins and manage risk.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure accurate price positioning and contract alignment.
- Balance sales commitments with ingredient coverage.
- Apply best-in-class pricing protocols and optimize system use.
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pricing methodologies.

Work Environment :
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM. The work is based in the office at our Pennsauken, NJ headquarters from Monday to Wednesday, with remote work on Thursday and Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pennsauken, NJ.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $42.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
