Community Associate HRExtended Leave of Absence Mgt

Under general supervision with latitude for independent initiative and judgment performs responsible work in community outreach and follow-up in relation to ensuring accurate compensation. The selected candidate will provide administrative support and perform difficult and responsible clerical operations with duties and responsibilities inclusive but not limited to the following :

• Maintain review and process long term leave of absences including FMLA illness child care and military leave.
• Audit of electronic records.
• Process separation of services including resignation retirement termination and end of program assignments.
• Process actions to Payroll.
• Process records of interagency transfers.
• Perform related administrative responsibilities.

1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or

2. Education and / or experience which is equivalent to 1 above.
