Key Responsibilities
Administer and optimize benefits programs, including annual renewals and open enrollment
Process leaves of absence and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Oversee the administration of the company's 401k plan and wellness programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
6 - 8 years of experience in multi-state benefit plan design and administration
Experience in promoting and facilitating wellness programs
Strong knowledge of employee benefits and leave of absence laws and regulations
Vendor and broker management experience
