Key Responsibilities
Provide information about SNAP EBT transactions to customers
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
Accurately document customer interactions and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Computer / technology savvy with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent attendance record
