Business Service Representative

The Business Service Representative role provides Customer support to Equifax Mortgage Customers. In this role you will field telephone calls and / or emails pertaining to the support of our Mortgage Customers.

What you'll do

  • Answer customer calls and / or emails providing prompt issue resolution
  • Manage outbound calls to gain information and / or follow up to resolve customer issues
  • Contribute to positive metrics : Quality, productivity, email aging, adherence, et cetera
  • Manage client dialog while documenting details of client interaction in Salesforce

What experience you need

  • Minimum one year of customer service / support experience
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
  • Detail oriented with an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Exhibit strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • In office, 10 : 30am - 7 : 00pm Mon - Fri / (training hours may be different)

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two plus years of experience in a B2B customer support environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Service
  • Quick learner that is tech-savvy and open to learning and working with new business tools while embracing change
  • Mortgage industry experience
