Position Summary

We seek a dynamic, result-driven individual who will be responsible for selling our comprehensive HR, Payroll and Benefit services to a wide variety of businesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients and have a solid understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation and Management :   Utilize company provided resources as well as proactively identifying prospective clients in various ways including networking, cold calling and emails, and leveraging referrals from existing business relationships.
• Solution Development Based on Client Needs :  Ability to understand client challenges around the services we provide and then develop and present efficient and effective solutions that support the unique needs of the client.
• Sales Presentations :  Ability to deliver a compelling presentation that effectively articulates the value proposition of the services we provide.
• Relationship Management :  Build and maintain strong relationships and identify additional opportunities for growth.
• Closing Sales and Ensuring Smooth Transitions :  Ability to overcome objections with tailored solutions and successfully bring on clients, working with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.
• Lifelong Learning :  Be informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in the services we provide to effectively represent the organization and support company strategic goals.
