Litigation Paralegal

Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is currently recruiting a Litigation Paralegal for our client in Charleston, SC. We are looking for candidates who have worked with Personal Injury, Mass Torts, or Class-Action Lawsuits. Successful candidates must have the ability to manage a large caseload in a fast-paced environment. • Oversee specific cases and provide expert representation.
• Conduct research, manage case preparation, and ensure compliance with laws and ethical standards.
• Mentor junior attorneys.
• Maintain client communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and resources.
• Stay updated on Camp Lejeune and mass tort law developments.

Requirements

• Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred.
• 5-plus years of experience in Mass Tort litigation at a reputable firm, showcasing a strong track record in the field.
• Able to work from our client’s Charleston office.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and manage a process successfully.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.Qualified candidates, please apply.
