• Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)
• is looking for
• First-Line Manufacturing Managers
• (Level K) to support the Fabrication team in
• Puyallup and / or Auburn, Washington
• on 1st, 2nd, and / or 3rd shift.
• Position Responsibilities :
• Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
• Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manages, develops and motivates employees
• Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :
• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and / or informal leadership role
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime (primarily a 1st, 2nd, and / or 3rd shift)
• Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :
• 1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data
• 1+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)
• Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles

• Shift :

Candidate may be selected for 1st, 2nd, and / or 3rd shift. Shift will be determined at the time of offer. There may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range : $126,500 - $146,500
