A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - (Enterprise).
Key responsibilities of the role :
Take ownership of a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts to drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
Provide technical guidance and support for solution implementation and product adoption
Oversee client GRC transformation projects and engage with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
Key requirements of the role :
6-10 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or project management focused on mid-market or enterprise accounts
Proven experience in managing complex digital transformation projects
In-depth understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
Strong project management skills for handling multiple complex initiatives
Strong technical acumen with proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software
