Pay

• $17–$20 per hour + commissions and bonus opportunities

$17 - $20 hourly

• Perform commercial carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and VCT services
• Complete daily van inspection and ensure equipment/materials are stocked
• Follow daily work orders and schedule through the mobile operations system
• Communicate ETAs and job updates with clients and the office
• Collect payments and job completion signatures
• Upload notes, photos, and job documentation after each service
• Maintain professional customer interactions and manage expectations
• Prepare van and equipment for the next shift
• Attend team meetings as required

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift equipment up to 90 lbs occasionally
• Flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, some weekends)
• Strong communication skills (bilingual a plus)
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Clean, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and be drug-free
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
