Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Real Estate Disposition Specialist. The Real Estate Disposition Specialist will be responsible for managing properties dispositions, connecting with buyers and negotiating the contract price, follow up and connecting new buyers every day with qualifying them, work as part of the disposition team, document everything on the CRM (Podio) and Slack for communication, create campaigns on Mailchimp etc. EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
We work with Investor-lift (Cartel level) and we have our own VIP buyers list.
Qualifications
- Wholesaling and Real Estate skills
- Experience in Disposition and relations with buyers.
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Understanding of market trends and property valuations.
