What You Will Do :

• Delve into a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, from basic troubleshooting to intricate problem-solving with mechanical and electrical systems. You'll do this by meticulously dismantling, examining, and testing equipment to restore it to optimal performance.
• Resourcefully manage parts and supplies, ensuring you always have the necessary tools at hand.
• Display proficiency in operating various machinery tools to fabricate and repair equipment parts as needed, with welding being an integral part of the repertoire.
• Foster a clean, efficient work environment, adhering to structured 5S practices and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and instruct team members, elevating their capabilities while solidifying your leadership potential.
• Create and manage records through our CMMS system to track maintenance history effectively.
• Analyze and troubleshoot control systems, leveraging predictive maintenance technologies wisely.
• Safeguard the workplace by upholding stringent safety protocols.
