Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for open job orders through strategic searches and networking
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn to identify top talent
- Build targeted company lists to recruit from for each role
- Schedule and coordinate phone and in-person interviews for hiring managers and clients
- Professional recruitment focusing in the marketing, legal, HR, sales, and administrative, with a focus in the IT and accounting areas
