Overnight Caregivers Needed

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Overnight Caregivers to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Colorado Springs! Candidates must be available for awake overnight shifts, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. If you’re a night owl with a big heart, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure exceptional care and service
• Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that meet unique needs and preferences
• Document all care provided, including observations, progress, and concerns, in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate: $16.5 - $20 HOURLY
• Flexible part-time schedule (PART_TIME)
