• Keysight.com is the company’s primary digital gateway, shaping thousands of customer interactions daily. Exceptional UX design is essential to driving engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• The eCommerce UX Designer transforms business objectives and customer insights into intuitive, conversion-focused web experiences for our customers and channel partners by collaborating with digital product scrum teams and cross-functional project teams.
• Accountability: Accountable for designing and optimizing the customer-facing web experience on Keysight.com, ensuring measurable improvements in conversion and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Design & Optimization:

• Lead design activities on Keysight.com translating business requirements into functional solutions and web designs to ensure Keysight Global Sales objectives are met.
• Conduct customer usability testing to obtain early customer validation and implement feedback to improve the design function.
• Solve complex, high-impact project design and development problems by applying innovative UX principles and data-driven insights.

Collaboration:

• Engage with multiple sponsors and stakeholders across businesses, functions, and regions to inform design objectives.
• Consult external design vendors for optimal visual designs.
• Partner with IT peers to ensure a viable technical approach.
• Collaborate with product owners and scrum teams to ensure quality delivery of designs.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships and partnerships with the Keysight IT organization.

Leadership & Expertise:

• Be the go-to person for B2B eCommerce web design and technology for Keysight’s eCommerce program.
• Act as the customer experience champion.
• Develop as the subject matter expert for several technology areas.
• Maintain and use industry insight and best practices to offer optimal, innovative, and leading web solutions.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related web user experience design experience, preferably B2B eCommerce. Bonus if experience is in Test & Measurement or related industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). Advanced degree preferred.

Core Skills & Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience in UI/UX design, including storyboarding, wireframes, mock-ups, and proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Expertise in customer usability testing and implementing feedback to optimize user experience.
• Ability to lead and manage design initiatives across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (coding not required).
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, best practices, and modern web design standards.
• Working knowledge of B2B eCommerce technologies and platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Elastic Path, product information management systems, eProcurement gateways, payment gateways).
• Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools for performance optimization.
• Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, and Chatbots.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology and experience with hybrid project lifecycles (Agile + Waterfall).
• Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
