Summary

The TD Team Member plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of our case evaluation process. This position is responsible for reviewing cases recommended for turn-down by attorneys and case staff ensuring decisions are well-founded thoroughly documented and consistent with firm standards. Beyond case review the TD Team assesses client interactions throughout the case lifecycle to confirm that every touchpoint reflects our values of professionalism empathy and excellence.

This role demands exceptional analytical ability sound judgment and independence along with a solid understanding of personal injury and premises liability law.

Responsibilities

• Review all cases within assigned territory that attorneys or case managers have recommended for turn-down.
• Verify the stated reason for declining the case (e.g. liability issues client-fired cases no injury lack of insurance coverage no treatment insufficient damages ETC).
• Client Experience Quality Review - how clients were communicated with throughout the case life cycle.
• Ensure tone professionalism accuracy and empathy align with firm standards.
• Identify trends in improper turn downs and recommend workflow or training improvements.
