Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about communication and are eager to start their career in a fast-paced environment. As a Communications Agent, you will play a critical role in connecting with clients and stakeholders, addressing their inquiries, and providing top-notch support.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in drafting and distributing internal and external communications materials.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely information to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop communication strategies that meet company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and client interactions for reporting purposes.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and share ideas.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Skills Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design software.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and a team player.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
