Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Aid Processor for a full-time, on-site role at our Hialeah, FL campus. The Financial Aid Processor will be responsible for managing and processing financial aid applications, verifying student eligibility, ensuring compliance with Title IV regulations, and assisting students with inquiries regarding their financial aid status. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with students, parents, and staff, and providing excellent customer service to support students in achieving their educational goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Title IV and experience in managing student financial aid processes
• Ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Experience in finance with a foundational understanding of budgeting and monetary procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to assist students with financial aid inquiries in a professional manner
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools for financial aid processing
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate financial records
• Familiarity with the higher education environment is a plus
