FinanceAdministrator – Behavioral Health Practice
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to support the day-to-day financial operations of our behavioral health practice. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys managing accounting tasks and a great opportunity for someone with prior healthcare bookkeeping experience.

Need to know information:
- Pay range between $70,000 - $80,000
- Full time hours Monday-Friday
- On-site in Needham, MA
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, bill payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the practice.
- Support budgeting and reporting needs, helping to ensure smooth financial workflows.
- Collaborate with clinicians, administrative staff, and leadership to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Assist with vendor management, payroll support, and other finance-related administrative tasks as needed.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations within a healthcare practice or healthcare/medical environment
- High proficiency using QuickBooks desktop version
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks accurately.
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.
Preferred Experience and skills:
- Any experience within a behavioral, mental health, or neuropsychological practice
- Familiarity with HR processes such as credentialing, onboarding, compliance, and benefits management
