A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide support for healthcare-related inquiries and claims.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with benefit, eligibility, and claims inquiries
Review and research healthcare claims from providers using multiple computer systems
Meet performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service experience in analyzing and solving customer concerns
Ability to complete a 5-week paid training program
Flexibility to work full-time 8-hour shifts during normal business hours
