Were hiring established CDL-A OTR team drivers only for high-mileage runs. Teams earn $115000$125000 annually per driver with competitive weekly pay and steady miles.

Pay & Home Time :

Rate per mile : $0.81 CPM / split

Average weekly pay per driver : $2400$2800

miles per week

Home 1 day per week out (up to 5 consecutive days)

Minimum 3 weeks out

Pay Schedule : Every Friday via direct deposit

Extra Pay Opportunities :

  • Detention Pay : $16 / hr after 2 hrs
  • Short Haul Pay : $25 mileage (under 100 miles)
  • Breakdown Pay : $75 per day
  • Stop Pay : $30 per extra stop
  • Per Diem : Automatically included (must opt out during orientation to decline)
  • Holiday Pay : $700 for 7 holidays (after one year of service)

Freight & Equipment :

Dry van 100% no-touch freight (60% drop & hook)

2021 Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 (automatic)

InvertersW GPS E-logs advanced tech

100% assigned trucks no slip seating
