We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner Full-time or Part-Time to join our growing Primary Care practice in Brooklyn.

This position offers a very flexible schedule to start part-time (3 days / week in our Brooklyn office) with the option to expand to full-time as the patient panel grows.

If you are seeking a full-time schedule, you can work three days in our Brooklyn office and two days visiting patients in nursing homes or assisted-living facilities in Nassau County, providing primary and follow-up care on-site.

Spanish language skills are strongly preferred to better serve our patient population.

Pay : $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (depending on Part or Full-Time position)

Provide comprehensive primary care in our medical office

• Conduct physical exams, chronic disease management, and preventive care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure the highest standard of care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
