A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop instructional strategies, course structures, and learning activities for new and revised courses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and enhance course quality
Analyze feedback and performance data to implement continuous improvements in course content
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in instructional design or a related position
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
Familiarity with AI tools in instructional design
