SEAL Group UAB is expanding our Auto Plovykla franchise and is looking for motivated individuals to join our car wash teams. This role is ideal for people who enjoy hands-on work, providing excellent service, and being part of a growing brand. We offer flexible schedules and provide all necessary training — no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities

Wash and detail vehicles to the highest standards

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly manner

Operate car wash equipment and ensure smooth workflow

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work environment

Follow standard operating procedures for washing, drying, and detailing

Assist in opening and closing duties when needed

Requirements

No prior car wash experience necessary – training provided

Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude

Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Basic communication skills (Lithuanian or English)
