Job Details

Position : Mail Processing & Document Preparation

Pay Rate : $16.50 per hour

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM (Overtime may be required)

Location : Parma, OH 44130 (Free parking available)

Dress Code

  • Business casual attire
  • Closed-toe shoes required (no Crocs)
  • Jeans without tears are acceptable
  • No leggings, gym / active wear, or clothing with offensive graphics or political statements

Job Responsibilities

  • Sort and open incoming mail
  • Prepare documents for scanning
  • Perform glass copying and other assigned tasks
  • Operate scanning and printing equipment (experience is a plus)

    • Requirements

  • Ability to read and follow instructions in English
  • Basic computer skills for training and scanning tasks
  • Prior experience in a similar industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of printing and scanning equipment is an advantage

    • Additional Information

  • Candidates should bring their own lunch (30-minute lunch break)
  • Vending machines, refrigerators, and microwaves are available on-site
  • Cell phones must remain on silent and stored in lockers—use on the floor is strictly prohibited and may result in termination
