Your Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and review patient medical histories
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe and manage medications responsibly
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop individualized treatment plans for optimal patient care
• Provide education on preventive care and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists as needed

Who You Are :

• A licensed Nurse Practitioner in Internal Medicine
• Minimum one to three years of experience in outpatient care and chronic disease management
• Efficient, organized, and confident in your clinical decision-making
• A strong communicator who builds trust with patients and peers
