Social Worker

Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center  is looking for a Social Worker  who has the passion and drive to help our Residents live their best possible loves within our facility through a broad range of outstanding rehabiliitative services.

Care Pavilion   is a 396-bed acute and long-term care facility, located in the heart of Philadelphia and  easily accessible via public transportation  from all areas of the Philadelphia and the western suburbs. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Prior Nursing Home Experience
• LSW licensure required; LCSW or LICSW strongly preferred.
• Minimumthree (3) years’ experience as a social worker in a healthcare related setting. Experience within a nursing home or rehabilitation center strongly preferred.
• Knowledgeable of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities.
• Communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel and the general public.
